Biography of the Founder
Rand Scholet of Clearwater, Florida has spent his entire adult life dedicated to the field of ‘transformation’. His early MBA concentration was in “Managing Organizational Change”. He owned 29 residential rental units (10 properties) that all required extensive renovation.
Mr. Scholet spent 22 years with IBM, including years of client engagements as a ‘Business Transformation’ Consultant in the Automotive and Aerospace industries. His final assignments were at the Executive Consulting level at the headquarters of IBM Global Services in Somers, NY (as of 2010 – employees: 190,000; countries: 170; and revenue: $56.4 billion).
Mr. Scholet was a Dale Carnegie Instructor for six years, which focused on assisting adult professionals in the transformation of their lives and their effectiveness in: “Getting Superior Business Results”, “Human Relations”, and “Effective Speaking”.
In recent years, he dedicated his life to reading, researching, and analyzing what our Founding Fathers were able to accomplish, and how. The scope of analysis included the Colonial, Revolutionary, and Constitutional periods, plus the first seven U.S. Presidential terms of office. This period of immersion may have led to the biggest discovery in American history in the past 200 years - based on quantifiable historical facts, rather than historical fiction and folklore.
He is the discoverer of “The Essence of Alexander Hamilton’s Greatness” - which was defined in two concise statements, along with the associated proofs. (Columbus Day Weekend 2011)
“HamiltonRand” is also the founder of The Alexander Hamilton Awareness Society or “THE AHA SOCIETY."
